Notes on data protection
Protection of your personal data is of the utmost importance to us. As a company, we are governed by the provisions in the German Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz or BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (Telemediengesetz or TMG). We endeavour to ensure that regulations regarding data protection are observed by us but also by those external companies working with us, by applying appropriate technical and organisational measures.
Contents: personal data
Personal data are individual details about personal or material circumstances for an identified or identifiable natural person, § 3 BDSG. For instance, your name, your address or telephone number. It is possible under certain circumstances that your IP number is classed as personal data too.
No data saved in cookies. We do not save any cookies.
Use of the web pages
You can generally make use of our offer without disclosing your personal details. If you order a product or request information on products, we will require your correct name and other personal details. Disclosure of these details is entirely voluntary! If you do not wish to enter personal details, this is at your discretion. However we reserve the right not to send any products or information about products to manifestly incorrect details or incomplete addresses.
The data you send us is not saved on web servers but only locally. Access is only possible for a few people. Insofar as your data are saved by our provider during transmission, please refer to the data protection notices of the binary and 1&1 company.
Insofar as data are saved on our provider’s servers, which could allow personalisation – for instance IP addresses, date and time of pages read – there are no person-related analyses. Only records that have been rendered anonymous are used for statistical analyses.
No personal data are passed on to third parties.
We do not pass on personal data unless you have given us explicit permission to do so.
If data are passed on to third parties as part of order processing, these parties are also subject to the provisions of the BDSG, TMG, the Interstate Broadcasting Agreement (RStV) or other provisions governing data protection and they have recognised our instructions on data protection.
However, insofar as we are obligated by law or by court order, we have to transfer your data to the authorities entitled to obtain this information.
Right of withdrawal
We hereby draw your attention expressly to your right of withdrawal in accordance with § 13 para. 3 TMG. Insofar as you release or have released personal data to LAW2WEB, you can withdraw permission for them to be stored at any time and request cancellation in this way. Billing data or details needed for accounting or tax purposes remain unaffected by this deletion. Please use our contact page in the case of withdrawal.
Data concerning minors
Minors or those with restricted legal capacity should not transfer any personal data to us without permission from the parents.
