How canI get a customer account?

I have login details, but I am unable to register. What do I have to do?

Make sure that the webbrowser accept cookies and that the Javascript is active. If the login is still not possible, your account may has been closed. In this case please send and email to anker(at)anker-dueren.de

How to register?

For your first login please use the login details we have sent you by email or post. After this you will get further instructions by email to allocate a new password.

I forgot my password. What do I have to do?

Use the link "forgotten password" on the login page and enter your email address. Check your in-box after some minutes and make sure that the email is not in your spam folder. If you should not receive an email after a short time, please contact us at anker(@anker-dueren.de.

How can I search in the product data base?

The search helps you to browse our product data bank with pre-built criterias. By adding of further criterias you are able to limit the result. With the catchword finder you can easily look for special definition in our product data base.
